Process

How it works for investors

  1. 01

    Register your mandate

Sectors, stages, geographies, ticket sizes, capital types and return targets. Held accurately and revisited as your appetite moves.

  2. 02

Hear from us on a match

A short blind summary of an opportunity that fits, with our readiness assessment. No volume, no blanket distribution.

  3. 03

    Engage directly

If you want to proceed, we introduce you to the sponsor or management. From there you deal with them directly.

What you receive

Fewer opportunities, better prepared.

  • Opportunities in energy, infrastructure, data centres, technology, MedTech and real assets
  • Requirements typically between £10m and £500m
  • A short, blind summary first; the full materials only if you ask
  • A readiness assessment against the criteria your screening team applies
  • A direct introduction to the sponsor or management team
  • No fee charged to investors

Our role

Introduction only, by design.

BriHel Capital introduces only and does not arrange transactions, provide advice, or carry out regulated activities. Once an introduction is made, engagement, diligence, negotiation and any transaction take place directly between you and the company, each taking independent advice. Our role ends where your process begins.

FAQ

Questions from investors

What does it cost an investor to receive introductions?
Nothing. Investors do not pay to register a mandate or to receive introductions. Where an introduction fee is agreed, it is agreed with the company side, documented in advance and disclosed.
How are opportunities qualified before they reach us?
Opportunities are assessed against the six dimensions of the Investor Readiness Review: proposition, financial model, documentation, sector evidence, management and governance, and capital structure and returns. We introduce only those that are ready and fit your mandate.
Will we receive volume?
No. You hear from us when an opportunity fits the mandate you have given us. If your appetite changes, tell us and we update the record.
