About
About BriHel Capital
BriHel Capital works with companies and projects seeking significant investment capital across energy, infrastructure, data centres, technology, MedTech and real assets. We review opportunities from the investor side of the table and introduce prepared opportunities to institutional capital.
The firm
Built on one observation.
Most companies that fail to raise institutional capital are not rejected because the underlying business or project is poor. They are rejected because the opportunity was presented before it was ready, or presented to investors whose mandate never fitted.
BriHel Capital was founded to close that gap. We assess opportunities against the criteria institutional investors apply, tell sponsors candidly what stands between them and investment, and introduce prepared opportunities to investors whose mandate matches.
Our role, stated plainly
BriHel Capital introduces only and does not arrange transactions, provide advice, or carry out regulated activities. All decisions, negotiations and transactions take place directly between the parties we introduce, each taking their own professional advice.
The name
BriHel is formed from the names of the founder's two daughters, Bridie and Helen. Every introduction made under the name is one we expect to stand behind.

Approach
How BriHel works
Senior led assessment
Every opportunity is assessed against investor fit, readiness, evidence and capital structure before an introduction is considered.
Mandate led introductions
BriHel focuses on relevance: sector, stage, geography, ticket size and capital type, rather than broad distribution.
Capabilities
What we bring
Sector depth
Ten sectors where capital requirements are large and evidence decides outcomes. Each assessed against the evidence its investors require.
